At Hangzhou South Bus Station or Passenger Transport Center, you can take a bus to Shenjiamen in around 5h. Upon your arrival, you can transfer a local bus or taxi to Banshengdong Port, where you can take the ferry to the Mt. scenic area within half an hour. I remember the bus fare from Hangzhou to Shenjiamen is around CNY90 and the feey costs around CNY20 per person.0
