Octopus card for eligibility for the FREE Airport express shuttle bus

Hi! can I use my Octopus card for proof of eligibility in trying to catch the FREE airport express shuttle bus back to the airport? It said in the webiste " airport staff octopus card" - is there any difference? does this mean airport employee with octopus card? sorry im just confused. thanks in advance!

Your octopus card not be used as the proof for taking the free airport express shuttles.
I think you can use the air tickets or boarding pass to take the shuttle bus.
For the airport staff octopus card is only available for the airport staff.
