Octopus card for eligibility for the FREE Airport express shuttle bus

Hi! can I use my Octopus card for proof of eligibility in trying to catch the FREE airport express shuttle bus back to the airport? It said in the webiste " airport staff octopus card" - is there any difference? does this mean airport employee with octopus card? sorry im just confused. thanks in advance!
