I want to take my wife and one children from India along with me on depended Work (Z) , Which type of documents require for my wife and children for it, Any medical and police character certificate require.Pls advice

You need to get an invitation letter from your company, and provide documents of relationship such as marriage certificate and birth Certificate. If they will stay for more than 6 months there, physical examination report (like yours) is required. Police certificate is not necessary as far as I know.
