Interview Tips

I am a white Canadian male in my 40's and I am interviewing in Canada with a Chinese company, and with a female Chinese owner/manager. Being that I am in Canada, I assume that it is not expected that I would act any differently than at any other interview, however, I would like to show respect to my interviewer without being too obvious. It could back fire on me.
Any tips for me?

Just talk to her naturally and friendly. She will feel that. When she asks you a question, be honest and modest. What's more, it is most suggested that show your strong will and enthusiasm to certain position.
