Where is Panjin North railway station located? How far is it from Panjin railway station?

How long is the travelling time by taxi from Panjin North railway station to the Red beach?

The north railway station in at Sunjia Village, Tianshui Township, Panshan County.
There is about 29 to 30km between the north railway station and the railway statin.
The direct taxi takes about an hour to an hour and a half to reach the red beach.

How would I get back if I took a taxi? Is there a bus that can get me back into town, to take a taxi back to the train station? Would the driver come back after a few hours? Or are there taxis always coming back and forth?
