About:China Postal Service

No update in package tracking for 15 days. Tracking Number RB399711599CN.

I bought an item from China and on July 6, it said "Departure from China" and then the next update was "waiting for transit airline space" that same day. I haven't seen an update since. and it is now July 21. Any idea where my package is? The seller said it left China on the 6th, but it shouldn't be taking this long I don't think. It has now been 15 days with no update and I am wondering if I need to order from a different supplier bc these are supplies for my business.

I tracked through several different systems, but obviously, there is still no updated information since Jul. 6, when it was in Guangzhou. Sorry for that!

Do you think it is lost somewhere? I already ordered some supplies to get me through for now, but I'd really like to know where my items are. It's kind of frustrating.

No, I do not think your parcel is lost.
I happened to meet such kind of situation before and in the end my parcel reached me. The information online is not always true and timely, so it can just be for reference. It is suggested to wait for a while.
