G TRAIN ENQUIRY from CHANGSHA to GUANGZHOU on FRIDAY (October 25)

If I prebook G train from Changsha to Guangzhou and get e-code to show to train station guy with passport on day of departure, do I have to queue with other travelers or is there a special counter for foreigners with prebooked e-code where I can pick up the paper train ticket
