I’m a Filipino overseas contract worker from qassim, kingdom of Saudi Arabia, i want to visit disneyland hongkong w/ my family (3 adults, 1 child) for 3 days, we have valid Philippine passport, our flight from Riyadh ksa to hongkong then after 3 days, hongkong to manila, Philippines. Thank you!

You needn't apply for it. You can stay in HK for 14 days at most with your valid passport.
