You can take the airport shuttle bus line 6 to reach CITIC Plaza and then change to take a taxi to reach your destination.

Thank you Amy, I am travelling with my family so 5 of us. Is there a Sub-way from the airport that goes close to Hotel we are staying at which is Oakwood Premier? Otherwise is there a company we can contact to pick us up with a 6 seater vehicle that will take us with our luggage to the Hotel? Thank you for your help.

From the airport, you can take the local subway line 3 to reach Lihexi Station where you can change to APM Line to reach Tianhe South Station. Get out of the station from exit and then walk along Tianhe South First Road to reach East Tiyu Road. Then you can easily find your hotel.
For picking-up serivce, I think you can turn to get help from TravelChinaGuide and their email address is <span class="clspost">travelchinaguide.com|booking</span>. I think their picking up service is perfect.
