Dear sir/madam , greetings to you , i have somali blue passport (not the old one) and i want to study in China This SEP-2013,also i have somali government high school certificate with MINISTRY OF FOREIGN AFFAIRS & INTERNATIONAL COOPERATION stamp , Original High school Certificate, so can i get visa to China in Embassy of the People's Republic of China in the Republic of Djibouti.

I would advice to not even try Or you will End up like me. I was trying it for 1 month going there every week and did not get any thing
