i tracking this item and status say (Delivery to airport Beijing). i need to know where it now.

I searched the latest information was updated on Jul. 8, when it was still in the state of "Delivery to Airport".

Hi, it has arrived at Cairo on Jul. 21st. Here is the latest information I found;
"7/21/2013 1:43:21 PM, EGYPT, CAIRO AIRMAIL TRAFFIC CENTER, Insert item into domestic bag"
