Since you arrive in HK at around 09:00 in the morning, it is suggested to shopping on the arrival day. You can travel around Wan Chai area and then go shopping at Central and Tsim Sha Tsui area. At night, you can go directly to Temple Street. On this day, you can see the A Symphony of Lights.
In the next day, you can go to take Ngong Ping 360 to reach Ngong Ping and go to see the Gaint Buddha. Then you can go to the Disneyland.
On the third day, you can visit the Ocean Park and the Peak.
Then you can go to Macau on the forth day. Upon reaching Macau, you can take the free shuttle bus to reach Venetain directly. After that you can walk to reach City of Dreams to take the free shuttle buses to reach Sintra. There you can walk along Avenida de Almeida Ribeiro to reach the St. Paul Ruins and the Senado Square.
On the fifth day, you can go to Bauhinia Square in HK in the morning and then go to see the Star of Avenue.
Hope you can enjoy the trip to HK and Macau.
