Generally speaking, it is hard to see snow in that city. But the real situation changes with the temperature every year.

saw in the internet last year december it snowed...i am planning to go 28th dec to 5th jan ..not sure whether will snow this year

Yes, you are right. It might snow during mid Dec. to late Jan. Therefore, for your trip there, you may meet and see the snowy days.
