About:Tibet Travel

Hello, travelling to Tibet in September. How common is altitude sickness?

Is it something to worry about. If on antidepressants, can we continue the meds at high altitudes

For common people who live in plain, they would have somewhat altitude sickness when reaching the height of over 2,000m. Therefore, it is suggested to take along some medicine. Don't worry! Jus have deep breath and take some medicine, you will adjust to it.
