It shows that your first parcel is in the state of 23/07/2013 20:15, Arrival at international office of exchange, BEBRUA. As for the socond one, you have received it on Jul. 23, haven't you?

How do you know that he received it on the 23rd? What website do you go to because I'm stuck in the same situation.
