what does RB072153955CN Unsuccessful delivery

i ordered items from china it show Unsuccessful delivery what does this mean? im worried.

It means that the mailman tried to deliver the package to you but failed. It may be attributed to wrong adress or your missing. Anyway, if you still don't receive it, it is suggested to go to your local post office for consultation.
