why is waiting for transit airline space for over 11 days?

Question

I bought an item from China and on July 6, it said Departure from China and then the next update was waiting for transit airline space.  I haven't seen an update since. and it is not July 17.   Any idea where my package is?  The seller said it left China on the 6th, but it shouldn't be taking this long I don't think.

RB585045030CN is my tracking number but the destination says PH as far as I know that is the Philippines and not Barbados which BB. Part of my local address in Barbados has St. Philip in it. I hope this is not what caused the confusion.

I'm afraid not. If it arrived a wrong location, it will be sent back to China and then resent to the right address after consulting people who send the package.
