Luggage allowance

I am going to travel from Beijing to Hong Kong by train, I have 2 pcs of luggage: one is 25kgs and one is 22 kgs, is it possible for me to carry them myself? if they think my luggage is overweight and how much would they charge me? Does anybody here has such experience & can help me to solve this problem? Thanks a lot.
