About:Telephone & Cellphone in China

I live in US and i bought a phone from China the internet wording in chinese can i convert it?

I looked on the internet settings and under text encoding and the only options they have are Latin, Chinese, and Japanese.

Oh, since it can only be converted to the three languages, I'm afraid you may not be able to convert it into English. To further confirm that, u can try to contact the service center of the phone brand for consultation.
