Product was send from China to Holland has been send back to China due to wrong adress. Where is it? The only I thing I have is the tracking number; RR232824171CN

Hello, I ordered a product on the 17th of May. It arrived in Holland on the 23rd of May but was send back to China on the 17th of June because the wrong adress was written on the package. Since the 17th of June there hasn't been any news about where the package is now? The person in China that has send the package also haven't heard anything. Does anybody knows how I can find out where the package is?
