Where is the " Panxi Jiang Ziya Diaoyu (fishing) Terrace" near Baoji, Shaanxi. What's the history?

It is located in Chencang District of Baoji.
It said that Jiangziya (a famous politician) in Western Zhou Dynasty waited Wenwang (the first emperor of Zhou Dynasty) to find him. He intended to fish, however, he was waiting for a wise emperor to find him there.
