What is the best and cheapest way to get from Kunming and visit around the city

What is the best and cheapest way to get from Kunming and visit : World Geolgical Garden, Jiu Xiang, LUOPING (The Waterfall of Nine Dragons) and back to Kuming.
We have for this 3 days (2 nights). where shuld we stay for the nights?

You can spend one day to Jiuxiang. From KM, there is no direct buses to reach Jiuxiang directly, so you need to go to local East Bus Station to take buses to reach Yiliang, where you can find direct buses to reach Jiuxiang.
To reach Luoping, you still need about one day. From KM, you still need to take buses from East Bus Station to reach Luoping.
Then the last day, you can visit the World Geolgical Garden in the city area and then the Dianchi area. The local public bus is the best method.
