About:Chinese Embassy in Kazakhstan

Hi! I would like to apply for chinese visa (tourist type).

The problem is that I don't know do I need to provide any additional documents if I was born in China and I was citizen of China?! Basically, I have changed my chinese citizenship to kazakh one two years ago!

Yes, you shall write down your Chinese name in the application form and submit original Chinese passport and the photocopy of the information page for application.
