Where is my parcel's location? RA663062816CN

My parcel has only 3 updates. Can someone tell me or help me where its location is.

I just searched that your parcel was in Guangzhou on Jul. 7th. Here is the latest information I get:
"Departure from outward office of exchange of Guangzhou on Sunday, 07th Jul. 2013 16:56:00 GMT ".
