Pet training institute in Weifang

Is weifang crystal court pet training institute (weifan Jinggechong wupei xunxuexiao) is well known? any inputs. Is it worth learning pet grooming from Weifang or Guangzhou would be better?

It is very famous locally and I heard many of the teachers are from foreigners.
I am not very clear about the situation in Guangzhou. For me, I preferred the one in WF.
