First, you need to apply for the L type at Chinese embassy in Egypt. Second, you need to prepare these things: your passport (six months validity and at least two blank pages), a filled application form with your recent passport size photo and invitation letter. If you don't have the invitation letter, please provide round-trip air tickets and hotel reservation bill in mainland China.
