change to another job while working on a z

Question

I have a valid Z until  Mrach  next year ...But i get another school wants to do a new invitation letter and work permit then back my country and do a new Z ...The question is ,if i get a new working Z from my country, the Foreign expert certificate the ex one will be cancelled automatically , or  should  i cancel the old one to get a new one ?

You should cancel the old foreign expert certificate to get a new one, then apply for a new work Z and residence permit. This is a complicated procedure and as I know, a release letter from your former employer is required.
