On the website, it says that CVASC no longer accept payment by credit card, and in the registered voice message (montreal CVASC), it says to pay by credit card; i can't find where to download credit card payment application form???IN terms of address, on the internet, the zip code for Montreal CVASC is H3A 2Z6; on the registered voice message it says H3A2Y8; which is the correct one?
