The buses are frequently scheduled, so generally people buy the ticket on the spot. the ticket office for the bus can be found at Gate 6-7, 8-9, Arrival Hall, Terminal 1 (T1); exit of bus parking area, P1 (in the airport long-distance bus station). With the ticket, you can just go to catch the bus.
