About:China Postal Service

Registered Package RC617793380SG

I had send a registered package to Guangzhou on 28/6/2013. I had checked the post office in Singapore and was told the item has arrived to Guangzhou 1/7/2013. According to Singapore Post, said the Guangzhou Post Office had tried to delivered the package to my friend address on 4/7/2013. But my friend say he was at home whole day and no post office reps came to his house. Till today my friend not receive the package. could anyone advise contact or contact the Guangzhou Post Office
