Z Visa Submission

I am presently living in shanghai from September with a X (Student). Now i have received a Job . I have all the relevant documents to apply for z except medical report.
Can i do the Medical Examination at SITHC center in shanghai, get the medical report and then go to India
or
should i get the medical examination done there?
