About:China Postal Service

im looking up the tracking number LK706518415CN and it says its delivered and arrived but it hasnt...

where can i find the package? was it signed for? i also asked the tendants in the complex i neighbored w but theres only 4 tendants... who was the package sent to and where can i access this information?

Yes, your parcel has been successfully delivered on Jul. 8. Here it is:
"July 8, 2013, 1:43 pm, Sucessfully Delivered, SAN DIEGO, CA 92108"
I'm afraid it is hard to tell which tendant it is. You'd better consult your local post office directly.
