Yes, it is open for 7 days in a week and the opening hours are from 08:30 to 17:00.

I would advice from 9am to 4：30 , if you go early most shops are not open and by 4:30 most guys have gone home or are closing up so they really don’t give you enough time to get the info you need, that is if your not buying
