after we catch bullet train to wenchang, how can we go to waika hotel from railway

We arrive at Haikou Airport 16.50 PM At that time can we still take bullet train to Wenchang? When we arrive at Wenchang railway station, how can we go to Waika hotel on wenjian road ? How much dose it cost? Our group have 13 person. We plan to go to Sanya also .After we reach Sanya railway station How can we go Nanshan culture zone and Louhuitou Park?
