About:Hong Kong Travel

Hi.. I want to ask how to go to giant buddha from tsim sha tsui? And how many hrs it takes?

We are planning to go to buddha on our last day in HK can we make it in half a day?

Firstly, I'd love to tell you that half a day is sufficient to cover the attraction from TST (Tsim Sha Tsui). At TST MTR Station, you can take Tsuen Wan Line to Laiking, where transfer to Tung Chung Line to Tung Chung Station. Then walk for several minutes to the cable car station to catch the cable car up to appreciate the Giant Buddha.

It depends how many hours you have exactly, and which day is it...

(on weekends and public holidays, cable-car station will be crowded)

I'd recommend buying cable-car tickets online, so you don't need to wait in line.
