What travel methods are available from Yiling/NaLaTi grasslands to Kashgar. Sept 2013

There is a sleeper bus from Yi ning(Golja) to Kashgar. the route isYi ning (Golja) - Kuqa(Kuche) -Aksu -Kashgar
If you want to stop for Nalati You can go to Yi ning (Golja in Uygur)by bus, plane or train and then to Narat or fly to Na la ti (Narat in Uygur )airport from Urumqi . after finish your tour in Narat and back to Golja city take a sleeper bus to Kashgar .

What airlines fly to Narat NaLaTi......from Urumqi......how often...schedule and approximate cost of each.
Expect to arrive NaLaTi about 3rd September2013.
