Hi, I'm planning to go to Taiwan on 26-29AUG 2014, may I know of there is any things that I can shop??

what is the season on the month??Will there be places selling summer clothes??

It will be during the turning point between summer and autumn.

Wu Fen Pu in Songshan District of Taipei is a good place for clothing shopping.
