beijing/xian/guilin/sanya in august, good time to visit?

Will the weather be good , will it be rainy in guilin?Will it be suitable for swimming and sunbathing at sanya?Great thanks :)

Yeah, it can be fine to travel then, just a little hot. You'd better take along summer clothes, sunglasses and sunblock cream for these places' visiting. Most days in Guilin in Aug. are sunny and shower may happen a little. It will not be a problem. Well, it shall be a good season to swim in Sanya. It is best to swim in the morning or afternoon.
