My status is Null. my tracking number is RB354073931CN. Could you help me please to finf my item, from China to Chile

Sorry, I can just track the information on June 21, when it was in Shanghai Pudong International Airport (PVG). Since then, no data was updated. It is suggested to dial 86-11185 to consult China Post or go for a try at your local post office.
