I was from Kunming  to Lijiang, how to travel from this place to Dali and than Shangri-la (or to Shangri-la and than Dali)

The best route is Kunming-Dali-LJ-Shangri-la. If you travel to LJ first, you may take bus at Passenger Station to Dali and the journey takes around 3 hours. From Dali, you can go to Dali Bus Terminal to take bus to Shangri-la. The bus is available every 30 minutes from 6:30-11:00 and the sleeping bus is available at 20:00.
