I am afraid that I do not know which one is the best one, but I know Liddle Indian Restaurant is a pretty good one. You may try there in FS. It is located at No. 94, Fenjiang Middle Road.
In HK, I tried Koh-I-Noor Indian Restaurant, which I think it is nice.
