About:Visa Policy of China

china visa shows enter before 24th July...Does it mean can enter on the 24th July itself

My ticket is leaving on the 23rd July from Singapore, its flight time is 4 hours but arriving China past midnight at 00.20 on the 24th.. will i have aproblem since my visa shows enter before 24th July
