I need multi entry visa

hi,
i have travelled 2 times china for business purpose in last 2 months with singel entry one (i have applied two times)
but now i am looking for double entry or multientry one..in fact second time i have applied for multi-entry but they given singel entry..i belong to india..
so is there any way i can get multi-entry one for china from india..?
is there any option of applying direct in china for indian citizens ?
