taking a train from shangai to wuhu(anhui)

Question

In september I am flying to Pudong Airport in Shangai and from there I am going to Wuhu (Anhui Province). Then I would like to know which train station do I have to go. I search for a train option here and I found the train number K8418 which does the way from Shangai to Wuhu. Which station do I have to take it? Can I buy the ticket few hours before the depart or just have to book very early?  Is easy and safe to get a taxi from Pudong Airport?  Thank you!

The departure station is Shanghai railway station. We suggest you make the booking in advance. Maybe the tickets have been sold out on your departure date.
