About:Chinese Embassy in Algeria

i live in china for three years i want to go home do i need a visa to return to china ?

my husbad and my dauther are chinese can i take my dauther to algeria with me

Yes, you need one if you come back to China. I am afraid that you need to get her father's consent if you want to bring her to your country. By the way, your husband might be asked to make an announcement, saying he consents to let you bring your daughter back to your country. The announcement is required to be notarized.
