About:Hong Kong Visa Application

HK visa from Beijing-I am working for a Chinese company in Beijing

I am working in Beijing and would like to visit Hong Kong for a few days. My wife has a Pakistani passport . Do I need to send her application direct to HK immigration? Or do they have an office in Beijing?
