If you study more than six months in China, you need to provide a health certificate (the physical examination should be done at national hospitals and certified by Pakistani Foreign Affairs Ministry). The physical examination form can be downloaded from the website of Chinese embassy in your country. Your acedamic results or diploma is also needed.
