It is ok for visit, but as I know, a physical examination record is required for student X applicants. So it may cause denial of X application.

Thank you for that reply. In the Chinese Application form, it is asked:
"Are you suffering from any of the following diseases:
1. Serious mental disorder
2. Infectious pulmonary tuberculosis
3. Other infectious disease of public health hazards."

Since there is no official list of "infectious disease of public health hazards", one may still be denied if one replies "yes". Of course, the trick is to reply "no" as no medical examination is required.

As for X type, a medical examination is required and Hepatitis B is one of the diseases tested. It is very frustrating that China never explicitly clarifies its entry requirements regarding Hepatitis B. One must assume that if you test for Hepatitis B, then you must be denied a visa if you are tested positive for HBV.

I tested +ve for Hep B during medical examination for it.... submitted whatever document and now got my work permit. All other indexes shown healthy including ALT value.
I think the important fact is my application was handled by a local agent FESCO which is government related and the medical checkout was done overseas in my country.

For those with similar case, best of luck....
