Hi, if you need your passport to travel, you can apply through CVASC in person and use express service (next working day collection) for processing. From above itinerary, you need to apply for a double entry tourist L type.

There are CVASC offices in New Delhi, Mumbai, and Kolkata appointed by Chinese embassy and consulate. You can submit your application to the one which holds consular jurisdiction of the place you reside. You can refer to CVASC's website for detailed requirements.
