Hi I am currently residing in Melbourne Australia with my family and would like to invite my niece for a holiday to Australia for about 3- 4 weeks. She is currently studying for her medical degree in China, holding a SL passport.Pls let me know if she could apply through the Embassy in Beijing and if so, what is the process involved, and who she could contact to get these details. Your help on this matter will be much appreciated. Thank You. Christine

Hi, your niece can apply for it from Australian embassy/consulate in PRC. You can send her an invitation letter as her sponsor. If you will shoulder her expense, your bank statement may be required.
